Applicant capacity
Family offices, private offices and authorised representatives.
Protected evidence room
Protected evidence will be made available only after operational activation, approval through the access review and within the scope of a server-side authorised grant. Until then, only its status, method and intended access boundary are public.
07 · Review criteria and case-specific protocol
Phase 1 is an institutional, non-individual layer built on an owner-confirmed inventory of more than 3,000 general review criteria; individual criteria remain protected and require validation plus scope-specific authorisation. Phase 2 does not add those criteria to a case total. Under a new direct mandate, the reviewing physician may activate more than 3,000 and, where the physician-approved case ledger supports it, up to 10,000 materially independent case-specific review points. The exact count is a ledger result, not a package size or forecast.
PRELIMINARY ACCESS REVIEW
PROTECTED ACCESS
Access is reserved for personally invited users who have completed verification. Public sign-in is not currently available.
Invitation and verification requiredBASIS OF REVIEW
No access decision rests on a single declaration or one person’s judgement.
The applicant’s role, institutional identity and authority to act are verified against primary registers, official organisational channels and independently verifiable documents.
Where a family office or private office is named, the applicant’s authority to act for the relevant family or principal is assessed separately.
Every final access decision is subject to a two-person review: a second authorised reviewer, separate from the initial assessor, must confirm the decision.
Memberships and references assist classification. They are checked through independent channels and do not, by themselves, confer access.
AFTER ACCESS APPROVAL
Depending on the approved scope, UHNW Aesthetics establishes the conditions for the following independent review pathways:
structured framing of the indication and the decision objective
documented review prerequisites for clinician, team and infrastructure
a risk matrix and long-term strategy as a basis for decision-making
protected access to evidence and subject-matter expertise assigned to the issue under review
UHNW Aesthetics structures identity, evidence, conflicts review and protected access to specialist expertise.
Any individual medical assessment takes place only under a separate direct mandate with a lawfully licensed physician chosen freely by the Principal.
