Relevance to UHNW Aesthetics

The article considers UHNW Aesthetics as an example of structured decision support. It distinguishes institutional preparation in Phase 1 from the separate personal physician mandate in Phase 2. The focus is on documented decision inputs, free choice of physician and clinic, and the separation of advice from treatment.

Section 6.1 · Narrative evidence synthesis and analysis of medical governance models

Three separate physician roles: A independent advice, B treatment and aftercare, C independent outcome review. The patient's decision remains autonomous.

The organisational model discussed in the article

Conceptual diagram based on IAGS draft 0.1 (30 September 2026). A, B and C are different people with separate financial interests. A and C offer the patient no subsequent elective aesthetic treatment. This is an organisational proposal, not an empirically validated causal pathway; necessary care and aftercare remain available.
