UHNW Aesthetics is an Association déclarée en Principauté de Monaco. It is represented by its President, Prof. Dr. med. Dipl. oec. A. Altintas, M.Sc.
UHNW Aesthetics structures the prerequisites for independent review of indication, practitioner, team, infrastructure, risk and long-term strategy. Individual medical assessment belongs exclusively to a separate direct mandate with a legally licensed physician freely chosen by the Principal.

UHNW Aesthetics Transparency Register

Every institutional statement has a verifiable evidence trail.
UHNW Aesthetics calls its version-controlled internal evidence system the Transparency Register. It links each material institutional or professional statement to the relevant evidence category, primary source, review status and accountable reviewer.
Public registers remain directly linked. Protected original documents, selection rationales and mandate-specific deliverables may be made available only after operational activation, successful validation and within the scope of server-side authorisation.
The planned protected register will link supporting evidence to its source, current status, responsible approval and scope limitations. Until operational access is approved, this website describes only the status, methodology and intended access controls; it does not claim that protected documents are already available.

Responsible for the general institutional Phase 1 review architecture, author governance and the clear separation between UHNW, the direct Phase 2 physician mandate and clinical treatment; UHNW does not provide patient-specific medical assessment.
INSTITUTIONAL INDEPENDENCE
UHNW Aesthetics is organised as a private-law, non-profit review institution. Published institutional mandate and cost frameworks cover only Phase 1, validation, protected disclosure and permitted administrative access coordination. Phase 2 medical fees are agreed directly between the Principal and the freely chosen physician; UHNW never collects or transfers them. UHNW has no referral commissions or financial interests in physicians or clinics.
