Data minimisation
Access eligibility is separate from the medical file.
Medical records, intimate photographs, identity documents and evidence relevant to access eligibility are not requested through an open website channel. If such material becomes necessary, the access decision determines the protected route and the precise information boundary.

Professional representatives establish the identity of their organisation and their authority to act

Names of represented clients are excluded from the preliminary access review

Specialists receive only the anonymised or pseudonymised information required for their defined task

Receipt is confirmed only after secure storage.
Once the Privacy Notice has been expressly acknowledged, the initial enquiry transmits only the contact and classification details required for individual review. Identity documents, eligibility evidence, medical documents and intimate images cannot be submitted at this stage.

- Contact name, email address, organisation where applicable, and country or region
- Role, decision field, current stage and intended access-review pathway
- For private applicants, optional confirmation of membership in one of the listed clubs, used solely to classify the initial request
- For professional representatives, where applicable, the relevant office, current role, review pathway, represented principal and confirmation of authority to act
- The relevant Transparency Register evidence reference when access was initiated through an evidence marker
- Evidence relevant to a private applicant's identity, access eligibility and fit only after individual clearance and exclusively through the designated protected channel
