Discretion begins before a case is opened.
For initial contact, UHNW Aesthetics processes only permitted access, identity-validation, authorisation and Phase 1 information. Medical Phase 2 case data remain in the professional system of the directly mandated physician.
Data minimisation

Initial validation establishes eligibility only.
Medical records, intimate images, identity documents and financial evidence are not requested through an open web channel. If such material becomes necessary, personal validation determines the protected route and the precise information required.
All individual medical review services belong exclusively to Phase 2 and to the directly appointed physician. The reviewing professor cannot perform the planned treatment under the independence requirement.

- Specialist disclosures take place only within the directly mandated physician’s professional system and for a defined purpose
- Sensitive evidence is accepted only through a personally designated protected channel

Receipt is confirmed only after secure storage.
Once the Privacy Notice has been expressly acknowledged, the initial enquiry transmits only the minimum information required to classify and return the enquiry. It does not accept identity or financial evidence, case details, medical records, clinical documents or intimate images.
