PRELIMINARY ACCESS REVIEW

Capacity and access route01 / 06

In what capacity are you making this enquiry?

Applicant capacity

Family offices, agencies, private offices and authorised representatives.

Applicant capacity

Preferably introduced by a family office, appointed agency or authorised representative. Direct private requests require a protected review of identity, eligibility and fit with the defined client circle.

BASIS OF REVIEW

How is access assessed?

No access decision rests on a single declaration or one person’s judgement.

01Identity and authorityRead the method

The applicant’s role, institutional identity and authority to act are verified against primary registers, official organisational channels and independently verifiable documents.

02Authority for the principalRead the method

Where a family office or private office is named, the applicant’s authority to act for the relevant family or principal is assessed separately.

03Two-person reviewRead the method

Every final access decision is subject to a two-person review: a second authorised reviewer, separate from the initial assessor, must confirm the decision.

04Independent reference checkRead the method

Memberships and references assist classification. They are checked through independent channels and do not, by themselves, confer access.

MANDATE SEQUENCE

  1. Confidential initial enquiry without a complete medical file
  2. Eligibility, urgency and conflicts review
  3. Preliminary assessment and written mandate definition
  4. Evidence and system review
  5. Red-flag analysis and decision memorandum
  6. Personal interpretation and expressly agreed continuity

AFTER ACCESS APPROVAL

What conditions does access approval establish?

Review depth follows decision risk.

Depending on the approved scope, UHNW Aesthetics establishes the conditions for the following independent review pathways:

  • 01

structured framing of the indication and the decision objective

  • 02

documented review prerequisites for clinician, team and infrastructure

  • 03

a risk matrix and long-term strategy as a basis for decision-making

  • 04

protected access to evidence and subject-matter expertise assigned to the issue under review

PROFESSOR-LED REVIEW STRUCTURE

Specialist responsibility is assigned by subject matter.

UHNW Aesthetics structures identity, evidence, conflicts review and protected access to specialist expertise.

Any individual medical assessment takes place only under a separate direct mandate with a lawfully licensed physician chosen freely by the Principal.

Responsibility is made reviewable before the mandate begins.
